1. Hosting

H. Are there extra charges for website traffic?

No. We developed our shared hosting platform to offer maximum value to all of our customers. Shared hosting means that there is more than one site on each server. We regulate that use with virtual traffic regulators that ensure no one “hogs” the bandwidth of others. However, large corporate sites may wish to consider our dedicated hosting service.

A. What makes our Hosting different?

I can get hosting for less than $10 US per month. Why are some companies cheaper than you?

When comparing Internet hosting companies, make sure that you’re comparing apples to apples …

We offer a complete hosting package without any extra, hidden charges. Most hosting companies limit the amount of monthly traffic on your account or on the amount of disk storage space you can use. Other companies make their money on bandwidth charges, lock-in agreements and hidden charges, like set-up fees and annual maintenance and support.

We don’t use hidden advertising schemes to offset hosting prices. With NS Marketing, you will not be subjected to ad stuffing, irritating pop-ups, tool bar ads, distracting banner ad placements or other traffic siphoning tactics deployed by so many other web hosts.

From a technology perspective, we offer scalable database solutions to small and mid-sized enterprises at no additional charge. MS SQL 2000, a highly regarded relational database management system (RDBMS), is included in most of our packages. Many hosting companies charge substantial premiums to deploy MS SQL 2000.

You’ll also be comforted to know that as your site grows, our environment can easily accommodate a migration to a more sophisticated database such as MS SQL 2000.

B. Are your systems reliable?

We ensure that our customers’ sites are up and running 99.9% of the time. We stand behind our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and monitor results 24/7.

Our sites run on the latest IBM Netfinity servers, running with multiple CPUs and RAID5 storage. Our servers are fully redundant to exact the highest availability for our customers.

If a problem does occur, quick response is essential. Our Help Desk and Network Management teams monitor our hosting environment 24/7, using industry-proven problem management tools.

Through our Data Center, we currently host thousands of web-solutions for small and mid-sized enterprises, located in over 85 countries. Our hosting environments are engineered to ensure that our Internet Consultant’s customers will not run out of critical resources.
